The house is available

The fee for security, maintenance and management of the common areas in the complex, maintenance of the yard around the house and the pool, includes the following consumables and activities:

  • Providing round-the-clock security at the entrance / exit to the compound by a licensed company 24/7, round-the-clock video surveillance with 26 cameras, as well as perimeter security with signal cable located on the fence in the compound;
  • Maintenance of the hygiene of the inner tarmac alley incl. snow removal;
  • Maintenance and care of the vegetation in the common parts and in the garden;
  • Maintenance of the swimming pool in the courtyard, according to an agreed schedule, namely: mechanic cleaning of garbage at the bottom of the pool and at the surface of the pool – twice a week, after a rain or storm – mechanic cleaning of the garbage at the bottom and the surface of the pool – not more than once a week. Maintenance of the cleanness of the swimming pool include also treatment of the water with a capsule – preparation;
  • The opening and the closing of the pools in the complex shall be done according to a schedule drawn up by the LESSOR. The schedule for the opening of the pools shall be provided by the LESSOR to the LESSEE by 15th April of the calendar year and the schedule for the closing of the pools shall be provided by the LESSOR to the LESSEE by 10th September of the same year
  • Technical maintenance of the street lights, security office and sewerage station;
  • Electricity in the common parts of the complex;
  • Acceptance of the correspondence addressed to the occupants by the employees at the security office and delivery to the occupant;
  • Payment of the obligations for the common parts towards the relevant utility companies and companies-suppliers for the provided services regarding water, electric power.
