Tatiana Emilova

Tatiana Emilova holds a double specialization in Management & Business Administration from Champlain College, USA as well as a degree in Industrial Management from the Technical University in Sofia.

Tatiana is a leading specialist with expertise in the management, sales, and renting of residential properties with over 14 years of experience.

During her time in the US, Tatiana becomes familiar with the concept and management practices of gated community properties, while working as Property manager of a series of high-end projects in the segment.

Upon her return to Bulgaria in 2005, she becomes part of the team of a leading Bulgarian construction company - a pioneer in the development of gated communities in Bulgaria. There, Tatiana plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of successful strategies and international networks for the sale of holiday properties.

From 2007 to 2016, as manager of the residential team of Colliers International, Tatiana executes the successful positioning and refinement of the services offered by the company in the residential market. She creates and trains a successful team of professionals, while maintaining responsibility for strategic-level clients – investors, buyers, and renters. She is also responsible for the provision and execution of an effective marketing strategy for a series of large-scale residential properties, amongst which Residential Park Sofia, Sofia Sky and others.

Tanya describes herself as a practical person, and one who values the convenience and comfort of her home and neighborhood. She adores her family and the time they spend together. She loves the summer and the calmness of the sea.
