Anelia Petkova
Anelia Petkova holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and is a Certified Residential Specialist by the National Association of Realtors, USA.
From 2006 to 2010 Anelia manages a real estate investment and consultancy company, oriented primarily towards foreign clients and dealing in the sales and renting of residential properties in the middle and high-end segment of the market. In this role, Anelia is actively involved in the development and management of some of the first gated compounds in Sofia. She plays a crucial role in supporting the clients during the entire ownership cycle starting from the purchase – finishing and furnishing of the property; professional management, renting out and re-sale.
From 2010 to 2016 Anelia is part of the specialized residential team of Colliers International, with focus on the sales and renting of properties in major gated compounds. Most notable is her involvement in the marketing of the exclusive Residential Park Sofia project. In here time as part of this team, Anelia earns several awards and recognitions. In two consequent years, she is recognized with the “Service Excellence” award which is given out based on feedback from clients.
Anelia is a mother of two and whenever she finds some free time, she prefers to spend it on her garden or her passion for interior design and Asian cuisine.
